Currently, Crown ME Gold (CMG.hair), utilizes the services of UPS, FedEx, and USPS exclusively for shipping. Please note shipping methods and transit times only take effect after the order has been fully processed and marked as shipped by the carrier. Paying for expedited shipping does speed up only delivery/transit time but does not speed up the order processing time (either up to 3 business days or a specific release date is listed on the website).
Within the shopping cart, select options such as tracking or ship expediting (an extra fee), for your timely delivery of product within the contiguous US.
International package delivery dates unfortunately are not guaranteed.
PROCESSING: All orders are subject to a 15-20 business day processing time frame. unless items are listed as same-day shipping. We process orders Monday through Friday.
SHIPPING LABEL: Our shipping label states only CMG. It is meant to be discreet.
FREE SHIPPING: CMG.hair offers free shipping for all hair orders subtotal $99.00 and over for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately, this promotion excludes International, overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.

FLAT RATE SHIPPING: CMG.hair offers $6.99 flat rate shipping for orders $99.99 and under for orders shipped within the contiguous U.S. Unfortunately, this promotion excludes International, overseas, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.

SHIPPING CHARGES: Crown ME Gold pays for shipping costs for orders totaling over $99. We honor all returns within 30 days; however, original shipping fees are non-refundable in the case of returned products. These fees are for paid services for delivery provided by the carrier. Shipping costs will be deducted from your refund total.
Exceptions to fee deductions from the original order are as follows:
- hair is responsible for a wrong order shipment (free returns also).
- VIP Members can use points to cover shipping return costs.
- Purchaser chooses to exchange an item within the first 30 days after purchase.
- Purchaser chooses to accept store credit for returns within the first 30 days after purchase.
DUTIES & TAXES: International Customers (Outside Of US And Military Installation Customers) Need To Pay Duty Tax Or/And Customs Fees. This amount is calculated in proportion to your order amount. These charges are in no way affiliated with CMG.hair and are the sole responsibility of the recipient. CMG.hair cannot waive or pay for any duties or fees you may acquire. Shipping Options: All orders shipping domestically to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. Shipping method will be chosen at our discretion depending on the items orders and the destinations.
P.O. Boxes are not allowed for delivery and most deliveries will require an in-person signature.
SIGNATURE: For shipping services that necessitate a signature, it should be procured from the customer who made the purchase. In instances where we deliver the merchandise to your specified delivery address and someone provides a signature, CMG will not be liable for any loss or theft of the package. Consequently, please ensure that you or a reliable authorized individual are present at the delivery address.
We request that you ensure the availability of a responsible person to receive your parcel, as some orders necessitate a signature upon delivery. Regrettably, we can't ascertain which packages require a signature until they are prepared for shipment. We also don't accept requests to forego or proceed with a delivery that needs a signature.
Please be aware that any costs incurred due to the necessity of a signature (including but not limited to return to sender, address modification, or re-shipment) will be your responsibility as the customer.
SHIP TO DIFFERENT ADDRESS: We are able to ship to an address that’s different from the credit card address if the customer is a registered returning patron.
NEW CUSTOMERS: The first order must be shipped to same address as the billing credit/debit card. This is to ensure security for both cardholders and CMG.hair.
LOST/STOLEN PACKAGES: CMG.hair is not responsible for package loss or theft, each customer has an opportunity to select delivery insurance for $1 upon checkout. If an incident arises, contact the listed insurance provider and follow their procedure for resolution.
RECEIPT OF DAMAGED MERCHANDISE
Should any order be damaged in shipping, follow these steps:
- Obtain an inspection report from your local UPS office.
- Have UPS return the merchandise with the receipt enclosed, back to Crown ME Gold.
CANADA: International postal rates are based on current rates and ship up to maximum weight of 15 LBS (6.8 kg). Using a complete and correct address ensures fast delivery. Delivery time is not guaranteed; varying by destination region, customs, and local carrier.

SHIPPING DELAYS: CMG.hair will not issue refunds for shipping costs due to delays caused by acts of God, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, local unrest, strikes, government shutdowns, etc.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid any potential shipping delays. Take time to verify your information as any incorrect information may cause delays in the shipping of your order.
Additionally, please note that the manufacturer may be closed on certain holidays. In some instances, we do not have advanced knowledge of certain holiday schedules, as it depends on the manufacturer's discretion. As a result, there may be temporary disruptions in production and shipping during these holiday periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times, as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.
