Crown Me Gold (CMG) is excited to announce the prelaunch of our store with exclusive discounts and special offers.
During the prelaunch, the store will open in four distinct phases, each beginning on Sunday at midnight and continuing through Friday at 11:59 pm.
Here's what you can expect:
Prelaunch Phases and Discounts:
- Phase 1: Enjoy a 50% discount storewide.
- Phase 2: Get a 40% discount on all items.
- Phase 3: Enjoy a 30% discount storewide.
- Phase 4: 25% discount on all products.
Custom Wig Creation:
Please note that all wigs are created on demand per order.
Therefore, customers should allow a processing time of 15-21 days, followed by a shipping time of 3-9 days.
Shipping Policy:
Currently, Crown Me Gold utilizes the services of UPS, FedEx, and USPS exclusively for shipping.
Please note that shipping methods and transit times only take effect after the order has been fully processed and marked as shipped by the carrier.
Paying for expedited shipping speeds up only the delivery/transit time but does not accelerate the order processing time, (which can be up to 21 business days).
Within the shopping cart, you can select the option for expedited shipping (for an extra fee) to ensure timely delivery of your product within the contiguous United States. International package delivery dates, unfortunately, are not guaranteed.
Processing:
All orders are subject to a 15 - 21 business day processing timeframe.
We ship out orders Monday through Saturday. Once shipped, customers will receive a tracking number, sent to the email address provided during the original order.
Any order placed on the weekend or on a holiday will be processed the next business day.
Free Shipping:
Crown Me Gold offers free shipping for all hair orders over $99.00 and shipped within the contiguous U.S.
Unfortunately, free shipping is NOT included for International, Hawaii, Alaska, and US Territories.
Shipping Charges:
Crown Me Gold pays for standard ground shipping costs for orders totaling over $99. We honor all returns within 14 days for customers who selected the Free Return shipping via the REDO option at checkout within the contiguous United States.

If the customer paid additional shipping fees with the original order, those shipping fees are non-refundable. These fees went directly to the carrier for delivery services. The outbound additional shipping fees will be deducted from the refund total.
Duties & Taxes:
International customers (outside of the US and military installation customers) need to pay duty tax or/and customs fees. This amount is calculated in proportion to your order amount. These charges are in no way affiliated with https://CMG.hair and are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
CMG cannot waive or pay for any duties or fees you may acquire. For more information about duty tax or customs fees, contact your customs office.
Shipping Options:
All orders shipping domestically to a residential or business address will be shipped via FedEx, UPS, or USPS. The shipping method will be chosen at our discretion depending on the items ordered and the destination.
P.O. Boxes are not allowed for delivery, and most deliveries will require an in-person signature.
Signature:
For shipping services that necessitate a signature, it should be procured from the customer who made the purchase. In instances where we deliver the merchandise to your specified delivery address and someone provides a signature, CMG will not be liable for any loss or theft of the package. Consequently, please ensure that you or a reliable authorized individual are present at the delivery address.
We request that you ensure the availability of a responsible person to receive your parcel as some orders necessitate a signature upon delivery. Regrettably, we can't ascertain which packages require a signature until they are prepared for shipment.
We also don't accept requests to forego or proceed with a delivery that needs a signature.
Please be aware that any costs incurred due to the necessity of a signature (including but not limited to return to sender, address modification, or re-shipment) will be your responsibility as the customer.
Ship to a Different Address:
We can ship to an address that’s different from the credit card address if the customer is a registered returning patron.
New Customers:
The first order must be shipped to the same address as the billing credit/debit card. This is to ensure security for both cardholders and https://CMG.hair.
Lost/Stolen Packages:
Crown Me Gold is not responsible for package loss or theft.
If an incident arises, contact CMG at help@cmg.hair to initiate a detailed process for your insurance claim.
Receipt of Damaged Merchandise:
Should any order be damaged in shipping, follow these steps:
- Click on the link within your email receipt “Start Exchange or Return”
- OR, navigate to “Refund Policy” and the first sentence states: To start a return, click here.
Canada:
International postal rates are based on current rates and ship up to a maximum weight of 15 LBS (6.8 kg). Using a complete and correct address ensures fast delivery. Delivery time is not guaranteed, varying by destination, region, customs, and local carrier.
Mexico:

Shipping Delays:
CMG will not issue refunds for shipping costs due to delays caused by acts of God, including but not limited to extreme weather conditions, earthquakes, local unrest, strikes, government shutdowns, etc.
Please ensure that your billing and shipping information is accurate to avoid any potential shipping delays. Take time to verify your information as any incorrect information may cause delays in the shipping of your order.
Additionally, please note CMG may be closed on certain holidays. In some instances, certain holiday schedule activities depends on the CMG's discretion. As a result, there may be temporary disruptions in production and shipping during these holiday periods. We appreciate your understanding and patience during such times as we strive to provide you with the best service possible.

If the necessary information is not provided within this timeframe, the order will be canceled, and a refund will be issued accordingly. Therefore, we kindly request that you ensure the accuracy of your shipping address and telephone number when placing an order. This will help us ensure a smooth and timely delivery process for your convenience.
