FOR “LAST CHANCE” ITEMS, REFUNDS ARE NOT ACCEPTABLE AS ALL SALES ARE FINAL.
GIFT CARDS CANNOT BE RETURNED.
SALE ITEMS CAN BE RETURNED WITHIN 10 DAYS FOR REFUND ONLY.
Crown Me Gold (CMG) has a 10-day return policy, which means you have 10 days after receiving your item to initiate a return. The official date of receiving your item is determined by the carrier’s tracking system for when the package was declared delivered.
Within the first 10 days, customers can choose an in-kind exchange or full refund for returned items.
If a full refund is requested, The amount paid including taxes will be refunded to the original payment account minus the cost of Handling & Processing the returned wig (Up to $50).
For example, a wig was purchased with a credit card for $500 (price + tax).
A refund was requested and approved within the first 10 days of receipt.
A refund credit will appear on the credit card account for $450 ($500 – Handling & Processing).
To be eligible for a return, your item(s) must be in the same condition that you received it.
You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
All returns are handled by our partner REDO,to initiate a ruturn,

- Or go to the Return Policy on the website and the first line states: “To start a return, click here.
After filling in the required information,
- We will send you a shipping return label.
- Return the merchandise promptly.
Acceptable return items must be:
- In the original style state. (No modified coloring, extensions additions, heat damaged hair)
- Have original length (No cut, trimmed, or plucked hair).
- Properly cared (No matting from harsh chemicals, cheap shampoos/other hair products, or heavily tangled from rough handling).
- Wig cap must be intact (No ripped, torn, or cut wig caps or elastic bands).

*Please allow 24-48 hours of email receipt for answers to your Return Requests.
Damages and issues
Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item so we can evaluate the issue and make corrections.
Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods, custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (wig caps, moisturizers, makeup, etc.). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.
Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.
Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on “Last Chance” items or gift cards.
Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not.
If approved, your original payment method will be refunded, and the balance should credit to your account within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund to your account.
If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return but you’ve yet to see your refund credited, please contact us at help@cmg.hair.
If you requested an exchange, your replacement item(s) will be shipped out to you after processing your new order (15-21 business days), and shipped via standard ground shipping (3-9 days).
